Our newly launched division, which combines professional design with quality home products.

We are pleased to offer bespoke and semi-custom product solutions for your home. Our product offering includes cabinetry solutions for Kitchens, Pantries, Bathrooms and Closets, as well as, vinyl flooring.

TCD Home provides a designer solution, a designer aesthetic and designer approved quality.

Just as we approach all our interior projects, our Home Division utilises the same principles and designer expertise to execute and implement product solutions that not only look beautiful, but function for your family and blend seamlessly with the style of your home.

With fine quality workmanship from Europe and North America, there is a wide range of options to satisfy your taste, whether you lean towards the modern or transitional style, all at competitive prices to suit most budgets.

Our Process

Step One:

REACH OUT TO US!

Send us an email at home@tonicrockettdesign.com and we will send you our initial client questionnaire.
This is how we will begin to understand your needs and your wishlist for your space. A vital step for a successful project! Once we get that info, a designer consultation will be booked for you.

Step Two:

THIS IS WHERE THE FUN BEGINS!

At an on-site designer consultation, a TCD Home representative along with our TCD Home designer, will view and take
measurements of your space. You will be able to review product samples while we discuss your goals and ideas for the space, your likes, dislikes and investment for the project. This consultation has a *$1000 design development fee for which you will receive a presentation of the design layout, as well as a printed quotation.

*This fee is deducted from the final cost should you choose to move forward with TCD Home.

Step Three:

DESIGN DEVELOPMENT

The TCD Home Design Team will work on your personalised design. This phase takes a minimum of two weeks. Upon completion, this
design will be presented to you with a copy of the quotation for your review and approval. Approval is indicated by client’s signature. At
this point 60% downpayment is required to place the order.

 
Step Four:

ORDER & FABRICATION

Once the quotation is signed and approved and the downpayment is received, the order will be placed for manufacturing. This will be
completed and ready for installation in approximately eight (8) weeks.

Step Five:

DELIVERY & INSTALLATION

Upon delivery, the client, along with a TCD Home representative, will review each item to ensure that the complete product has been received, as ordered. Once this is established, the 40% balance must be made and installation can then begin. This takes approximately 1-3 days, depending on the product and without additional adjustments that can extend the installation time.

Q: How long does it take to manufacture the cabinetry?
A: Cabinetry typically takes up to eight (8) weeks to be completed

Q: Does TCD Home offer knobs, pulls, faucets, sinks and countertops?
A: TCD Home has its own line of hardware for your selection. Recommendations for other accessories fall under additional designer services.

Q: Do you have a showroom that I can visit?
A: Our Lookbooks, that are available to you via email, display our products in a clear and vivid manner – we also have samples available for your perusal.

Q: How does the process work?
A: You can find our easy five (5) step process, clearly laid out on our website.

Q: How do I make an appointment to speak with a designer about my project?
A: It is recommended that initial contact be made via an email to home@tonicrockettdesign.com. You can even fill out our Client Questionnaire on our website, which will give us an initial understanding of your needs and wish list for your space.

Q: Are there any fees for designer consultations?
A: TCD Home has a Design Development Fee, which is deducted from the final cost of your project.

Q: Will the designer come to my location to view my space before we consult?
A: Viewing of the space takes place during the on-site designer consultation.

Q: What is the average production time for any TCD Home product ordered?
A: TCD Home products can take up to 8 weeks for manufacture.

Q: Can I order a custom design or do you only offer fixed sizes?
A: With a wide range of unit sizes, configurations and finishes – you can order straight out of our Lookbooks to achieve a custom look.

Q: Will TCD Home completely renovate my space? Including demolition, lighting, plumbing, etc.?
A: Full Interior Design of your space is available at the Client’s request.

Q: Can we have our own contractor do the installation?
A: You can complete installation on your own. However, TCD Home will not be liable for any issues that may arise. Essentially, once the Client has signed off on receipt of the product, the Project will be deemed Complete.

Q: How long does the install process take?
A: Installation takes approximately 3 days to be completed. Additional adjustments can extend the installation time.

Q: Is installation included in the total cost?
A: Yes! Your final quotation will include installation costs as well as any additional services you have requested from TCD Home.
